Kate Tugwell is an accomplished artist creating beautiful portraits of animals for pet owners across Bedfordshire. She works from photographs and a brief description of the pet’s character to create paintings or pastel drawings with photo-realistic qualities. Portraits can be of any size or shape and framed or painted onto box canvases for a contemporary look.

Kate works mostly with acrylic paints and soft pastels but is competent in watercolours, charcoal, pencil and mixed media. Any type of animal can be painted in any style. Backgrounds can be painted to match your room décor or your pet can be painted on their favourite chair or in a scene of your choice.
